Washed & Western does not offer refunds for items due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections.

  1. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds are only issued if your order is defective, damaged, or contains printing errors. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a refund.

  2. Required Information
    Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

  3. Refund Process
    Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
